Polypipe Welding Unit

Polypipe welding is suited when joining pipe is the economical alternative to using standard fittings. Nybro-PW1 is a welding machine for the heating element butt welding of PE, PP, PVDF pipes and fittings from OD20mm to OD110mm.

The basic machine has two large aluminium clamping tools which swivel at 15 degrees for the fabrication of segmented bends. For fittings with short legs a small fitting clamp tool is available. Due to the special construction of this machine it can be operated in confined positions such as in overhead positions, in trenches etc. It is ideally suited for pipeline systems in onsite installation work. The machine can also be fixed in a vice or on a table support. The face cutter/shaver is operated by means of a ratchet. Heating platterns are available in 240vac or 12vbc.
